Orders from UK customers are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class Post.

For international customers, online purchases for delivery addresses within the European Union will no longer be subject to UK VAT (as per the rest of the world), You are now liable for any Duty and Taxes payable locally to your country of delivery. These charges are over and above the purchase cost of the Ultrabreathe. The price you pay will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. You must pay duties & taxes directly to release your order from your local customs authority.

Export orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Airmail service, (please allow up to 15 business days for delivery). 

Orders are accepted worldwide and will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment.

Returns

Our returns policy. If any of our products fall below the high standard you expect, we’ll happily refund or exchange it within 30 days. We will also refund or exchange it if you change your mind within 30 days, provided you return it as sold with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
